needed to upgrade from your old software. What made you decide to
pick Axon? How have you found dealing with Axon’s support
people? Has Axon helped improve your driver
statements? Wilma: “The fuel tax program is much better too. On our old system, we had to make separate entries for fuel and for the trip reports. Now that’s just one entry. It’s lovely.” Do you think Axon has helped save you some
time? In the past, we could spend literally hours looking for paperwork, and now it takes seconds. If we have customers calling for information, it takes us a lot less time to get back to them.” Wilma: “And actually, the piles on my desk are smaller than they used to be.” Jodie: “Yes they are.” Have you found Axon easier to use than your
old system? Alycia: “I’ve just worked with Axon on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and it’s really smooth.” Wilma: “The girls caught on fantastically. They got it, right from the beginning. We think we made the right decision, moving to Axon.” What would you say to another owner if they
were on the fence about buying the Axon software?
