Fuel Surcharge Options

Many transportation companies add a fuel surcharge to their bills. But you may not want to charge the same amount for all your customers or in all circumstances.

With Axon, you can set up your rates the way you want them.  You can set up a company-wide fuel surcharge rate which will be applied to all your orders. And you can set up a specific fuel surcharge rate for a particular business partner.

You can also choose which charges to include when calculating the fuel surcharge (e.g. other charges or picks and drops) – either on a company-wide basis, for one particular business partner, or for a specific order.
