Trucking progam allows Photo, Spreadsheet or Invoice Attachments

Attach a Photo, Spreadsheet or Invoice to your Axon File

It couldn’t be easier to add an attachment such as a digital photograph, a scanned document, or a spreadsheet to one of your files in Axon.

Axon Trucking Software provides an Attachments tab on many of its screens, including Orders, Equipment, Employees, and Business Partners. All you have to do is select the appropriate file on your computer and drag it into the attachments area. The attachment will now be linked to that file.

You can use the Copy and Link feature to save the attachment in your Axon system. By saving the attachment to a common directory, all your staff will be able to access it.

"I really like [the document-imaging portion of the software] because, you know, we were able to actually put it right in with the order so you could go in there and take a look at it, and it was really good. And a couple of times we had orders we’d picked up at the airport that had damage when we picked them up and so the guys took pictures. We were able to scan those pictures and put them right into that order so when you pulled up the order, the scanned pictures were right there. And that was really nice." (read more)
