Tickets If you are providing services or hauling in the oilfield, you deal with hundreds of transactions daily. Axon's ticket management system is specially designed to help you manage this huge volume of information as efficiently as possible:
And the Ticket module is completely integrated with Axon's other management systems -- driver pay, equipment management, invoicing and accounting.
Many of you are responsible for complex transportation projects. You may be hauling an oil rig or delivering pipe to a pipeline installation. It can be a long, involved process and you need a software system that will help you keep track of the details. Axon’s Jobs application does just that. You can enter several different Origins and Destinations, along with Location#, Directions, and Comments. You can keep track of the people who are working on the project by listing up to 10 internal and external contacts, along with their roles (e.g. Toolpush, Engineer) and contact information. The Dispatch/Billing Details tab helps you to keep track of the Equipment, Drivers, and Carriers who will be completing each section of the Job. There’s a separate tab to record your Permits. At the end of the project, Axon assembles all the
information into one comprehensive Invoice. Everything is tracked.
Nothing is lost.
Real-time integration Both Jobs and Tickets are fully integrated with the other sub-systems such as Payables and Receivables and are a convenient tool for distributing Payroll expenses to specific assignments. You enter your information once, and it instantly updates every management application in your system that needs to use that information.
