Tracking detailed information
You can monitor your trucking projects on the
Jobs and
Dispatching screens.
The Jobs screen lists times, equipment, work descriptions, and cost
for every task that must be performed. And you can track all the
details on the Dispatching screen so you’ll know exactly what
equipment is in use and what is available.
The billing can be based on an hourly rate or a
bid. The system keeps a running total of the cumulative expenses and
displays the profit or loss on a bid.
A separate tab helps you keep track of the
permits that are required. And it tracks all the permit details –
type of permit, cost, etc.
Fully integrated
The Jobs application is fully integrated with the other modules of Axon
software. So you can move directly from entering the Job information
to generating an invoice or paying an employee or owner operator.
Custom fit
As with all Axon software, you have many opportunities to customize
the program to meet your needs. You can add additional reference
fields or decide what information you would like displayed on the
Dispatching screen. And you can customize or set up your own
reports.
