Vacation Pay or Hours - It's Your Choice

Earned Vacation Hours Report You can record your employees’ accumulated vacation as either Pay (dollar amount) or Hours (time) in the Axon system.

The accrued amount or earned hours/days will be recorded on the employee’s pay stub.

Use the Transactions screen to create a payroll check for vacation pay.

You can verify the amount of accrued vacation pay or earned vacation hours with the Earned Vacation Hours Report or the Accrued Vacation Report.
