Have you

Axon will
help you set up your system, learn how to use it, and will continue

Training
Transferring to a new software system isn’t easy. Our trainers
understand that, and their goal is to help make the process as
painless as possible.
The
online training is arranged at your convenience without having to
leave your desk, and you’ll be working on your own data.
The
trainers take the time to really understand your needs and unique
requirements and then help you learn how to perform those tasks
quickly and efficiently on the Axon system.
Training
continues to be available once you’re established for new staff or
to learn advanced techniques (e.g. financial management and
reporting).

Support
Once you’ve finished the basic training, Axon will assign a support
person to assist you as you go live with the new program. And
they’ll continue to be available whenever you run into a problem or
need some advice.

Continuous updates
Some software programs never change, or they only provide an update
once or twice a year. Not Axon. The programmers are constantly
responding to customer requests and industry needs by improving the
program. It may be a small tweak to make the program run more
smoothly, a new option that a customer has requested, or new
features so that you can customize the program to meet your needs.
Your
program is updated overnight, several times a week, and Axon sends
you a message outlining the new features.

Electronic solutions
More and more, businesses depend on the internet to communicate.
With Axon’s Web Access, you can access your trucking transactions
from home or on the road. Electronic order tenders, status updates,
and invoices make it easier than ever to communicate with your
customers. And your drivers can view driver confirmations or send
messages from their mobile phones.
In
addition, Axon supports over 34 fuel company downloads and 8
different satellite interfaces. You can use EDI to receive order
tenders, make credit card payments, or send invoices and shipment
status updates.
If you
are shipping goods across the border, Axon will help you issue
electronic ACE/ACI manifests.

Hardware
It can be tough for a small company to manage and maintain the
computer hardware. Axon can help by providing a server to run Axon’s
trucking software on a short-term or long-term basis.
What do
you do when you go into work one morning and your computer isn’t
working?
Well,
you’ll immediately phone your hardware technician, but if the
repairs are going to take some time, call Axon. We can run your
program for you so that your dispatchers and accounting clerks
continue to have access to their files. This service is provided
free of charge to Inner Circle members.
Axon also
provides its own email forwarding service to ensure that there are
no glitches when you send an email from its program.

Technical support
Computers can and do fail. It’s vital to your business to have an
up-to-date backup available at all times so that you can restore
your Axon program and data files if the system breaks down. In
addition, Axon takes a snapshot of your database twice a day to help
you to create your backups.
Axon also
monitors your status every night to make sure that everything is
working properly.
