IFTA Fuel Tax Management Software

Axon's trucking and accounting software package is fully integrated.

The IFTA fuel tax software system allows you to import your fuel purchase information directly from a computer file supplied by your fuel company saving you time and eliminating data entry errors.

Once you've downloaded your fuel purchase information, Axon automatically creates an Accounts Payable Invoice and allocates the expense to the appropriate company unit.  Advances will be charged back to the Driver or the Owner Operator.

The Axon software will also help you prepare your IFTA report by automatically filling in the quantity, the date and the city and state where the fuel was purchased.  You can then use PC*Miler to fill in your jurisdictional miles.  Now you're ready to print off a Fuel Tax Report and send it to IFTA.

Canadian companies will appreciate the fact that Axon helps you calculate the percentage of total mileage which is traveled in Canada to assist them in calculating Workers' Compensation Board assessments.

Reports

Axon offers you various report options to help you track your expenses:

• The Fuel Tax History Report provides a detailed list of all your fuel mileages and purchases as well as a summary of the totals;

• The Fuel Tax Report provides the average mileage per unit; and

•  The Toll and Non-Toll Mileage Report helps you to recover the cost of toll mileage.
