Large Ticket Projects

Does your company handle large construction or land reclamation projects that involve multiple tickets and incremental invoicing over extended periods of time?

If so, the Projects screen in the Tickets application may be an excellent way for you to keep track of the work that is required and the work that has already been completed.
You can use the Planning tab to outline the tasks that you think will be involved in the project and to establish the estimated cost.

As you start working on the project, the system will keep track of the work that has been invoiced and the work that remains to be done.

The Tickets tab provides an overview of all the Tickets that have been entered for a particular project. You can add Comments or Attachments to provide additional explanations.

You can print a Project Report showing outstanding and/or invoiced tickets or an Invoice Summary Report.

As with many Axon screens, you can Customize the Projects screen to suit your needs by adding a custom field or by customizing the screen layout in order to speed up data entry.
