Tracking Trailers

Axon software provides you with a number of different screens to help you track your trailers.

Empty trailer moves

Use the Trailer Moves screen if you want to record trailer moves which are not attached to an Order. This information will be used to update the Dispatching screen and will update the Last Location information. The move will also be recorded in your Equipment Routing Report.

Multiple short runs

Does your company do numerous short runs to the same location? If so, check the Full Truck Load box on the Orders screen. The software will then create a routing point for every location on the Order and you will be able to obtain accurate mileage, dispatch and fuel tax information for the entire Order.

Trailer type

You can specify that a particular type of trailer is required on an Order. The Axon software will then issue a warning if you try and enter the wrong type of trailer on the Order.

Axon software is flexible, allowing you to record both long-haul and short-haul loads.
