Work Orders

Work Orders is one of Axon's valuable add-on applications. The Work Orders software makes it easy to:

• Record physical counts of your stock

• Track inventory transactions

• List items that need reordering or are overstocked

• Record returned parts

• Prepare work orders showing all the relevant charges for Parts, Labor and Sublet

The software has the flexibility to prepare work orders for customers, owner operators or for company-owned equipment. A description of the work performed will print on the work order along with the customer's address and the relevant equipment information.

The Work Orders module is completely integrated with the rest of Axon's software. Once you have finalized a work order, Axon will automatically

• Debit the customer through an accounts receivable invoice

• Credit the appropriate labor, sublet and shop supplies revenue accounts

• Update your inventory to record the parts used

• Make the appropriate journal entries
